Process audit consists of 7 stages:

Visit of an expert to the production site, where the project will be implemented. It takes 1-2 days in person.
Interviewing management. It is necessary to understand the business goals, priorities of the company’s development in the near future. It takes 1 day in person or remotely
Collection of data and analytics on production sites and technological processes. It takes 1 day in person.
Interview with specialists, responsible for specified divisions. It takes 1 day in person or remotely.
Development of project matrix. It takes on average up to 15 calendar days (depending on the volume of projects).
Creation of draft designs. It takes up to 10 calendar days (depending on the volume of projects).
Presentation of project matrix and draft designs. It takes 1 day remotely
