We continue to introduce our successfully implemented projects. MetraRobotics has a wide variety of solutions, from a robot – a sculpture to robotic complexes for microelectronics. Today we present a solution used for the production of hygiene products.
Zettek is a leading manufacturer of cosmetic wipes for large Russian and foreign retailers. The company is growing and developing dynamically. In order to remain in the lead and increase its capacity Zettek implements a variety of innovations.
In 2020 ZetTek decided to upgrade its wet wipes packaging line.
A fully automated line based on KUKA industrial robots was developed and delivered by MetraRobotics specialists in the shortest possible time. At a consistently high speed, the robotic arm performs movements with very high precision and repeatability.
