About Project:
Companies increasingly try to automate processes with heavy manual labor. The desire is quite understandable, business is trying to become more modern, to improve the quality of the product, while reducing costs.
We’ll present one of recently implemented project for the automation of lines for stacking bags with dry building mix on pallets.
With an interval of 2 months two production lines for stacking bags with dry mixes on pallets were automated. For this purpose two robotic cells were installed based on KUKA KR 180 R3200 PA robots.
Results:
- All the objectives achieved plus the line productivity increased
- Thanks to the work done, all shipped products are now flawlessly packaged and meet the highest standards

‘MetraRobotics specialists coped with the task and achieved the goal. The company carried out the transfer of 10 employees from monotonous work to other operations, eliminating errors caused by “human factor”. MetraRobotics division of NPP Metra, along with foreign suppliers, has developed its own solution.
A careful approach to details, taking into account the Customer’s requirements for design, quality, functionality, as well as competence in the field of automated testing, allowed MetraRobotics to develop an optimal solution and leave aside the ideas of foreign colleagues.
