Maintenance of injection molding machines

The tasks of the complex:

Removing the product from two injection molding machines, trimming the sprue, removing scrap from the products
lubricate the mold every 10-15 cycles
fixation of the seat in a special clamp for the time of cooling down.

Positions from the chart:

Robot manipulator: performs the task of moving the product from ejection from the injection molding machine to the deburring cell.
Pneumatic pliers with a basket: bites off the sprue of the product, the bitten off sprue falls into the basket.
Robot gripper: A mechanical gripper that locks the workpiece in a certain position and holds it in place while the robot is manipulated.

Seat clamp: presses the seat down while it cools down to prevent deformation.
Deburring cell: In the cell there is a robot that uses a special tool to remove the deburring on the contour of the product.
Automation cabinet/operator comtrol panel – used to control the RTC operation.
