Metra Digital Logistics, a member of Metra Technology Group, has joined Rostech State Corporation’s new project to begin mass production of Russian logistic robots with lifting capacity of up to 20 tons.
Ruselectronics Holding (Rostech State Corporation) will launch serial production of transport and logistic robots at Kalugapribor plant, located in Kaluga.
Metra Digital Logistics, which has experience in the design and production of such robots, will be the technological partner of the project.
The first batch of logistics robots is planned for release as early as 2023. Only domestic component base and software will be used in production.
Innovations will allow to automate warehouses and make their operation more efficien, to reduce costs and simplify logistics operations at Russian industrial enterprises.
